KUALA LUMPUR: PTT Synergy Group Bhd said its wholly-owned subsidiary Pembinaan Tetap Teguh Sdn Bhd has secured an RM83.26mil contract from Sime Darby Property (BBR Business Park) Sdn Bhd for proposed earthworks and ancillary works for Phase 1 Package 6 (i34), Package 7 (Main Linkage Road) and Package 8 (i26 & i28), Bandar Bukit Raja Stage 4, Kapar, in Klang, Selangor.

It said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the date for pre-possession falls on Sept 15, 2026, date for possession commences on Sept 29 ,2026, and date for completion shall be on Sept 28, 2027, and March 28, 2028 for Package 6 (Advance Unit for i34) and overall respectively.

It said the acceptance of the contract is in the ordinary course of business of PTT Synergy. 

"Further, it is also carried out at arm's length and based on commercial terms which are not more favourable than those available to the general public," it added.
