The campus comprises a 60-bed hospital, 99-bed skilled nursing facility and medical office building. The campus was added to an existing Master Lease with an affiliate of American Medical Administrators; formally known as Reliant Care Group. Following the acquisition, the Company owns and leases 21 healthcare facilities in Missouri.

Moishe Gubin, the Company’s Chairman & CEO, noted: "I am pleased to announce that we closed this deal and continue growing in Missouri. As I mentioned in our earnings call last month, acquisition activity began slowly this year. With this transaction completed and several additional transactions under consideration, we hope to finish the year on a strong note."
