08:06 AM EDT, 09/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Al Seer Marine Supplies and Equipment Co. (ADX:ASM) said Tuesday it sold its stake in Abu Dhabi Ports (ADX:ADPORTS), d/b/a AD Ports Group, to Abu Dhabi Developmental Holding Co. The shares were sold pursuant to a takeover offer made by Abu Dhabi Developmental, a subsidiary of Abu Dhabi sovereign wealth fund L'imad Holding, to acquire the entire share capital of AD Ports at 6.25 Emirati dirhams per share.
