08:45 AM EDT, 09/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- DHL (DHL.F) said Tuesday that its DHL Supply Chain unit agreed to buy Colombia-based logistics company Open Market. The German logistics giant said the move is expected to boost its regional footprint in Latin America with the addition of Open Market's warehouses, cross-docking platforms, and transportation network. Closing of the transaction is subject to customary closing requirements.
