09:26 AM EDT, 09/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Saudi Real Estate Co. (SASE:4020), d/b/a Al Akaria, formally signed the 463.1 million-Saudi-riyal contract it awarded to Mounes Mohamed Alshayeb for Civil Construction in May for its Porta Jeddah project in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The agreement has a term of 820 days and covers structural works, facades, electromechanical requirements, as well as public areas and landscape architecture, the real estate developer said Tuesday. Porta Jeddah is being developed as a mixed-use project, comprising a hotel and office spaces, shops, restaurants, and other leisure facilities.
