01:18 AM EDT, 09/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Canatu (CANATU.HE) said Tuesday that it decided to terminate up to 14 employment contracts in Finland as part of its strategy to improve efficiency and generate cost savings. Through its Canatu Finland subsidiary, the nanocarbon materials company held change negotiations with workers in operations, robotics, mobility and defense, and medical diagnostics. The talks wrapped up on Sept. 11 and the termination of contracts will be executed on production-related and financial grounds, with implementation planned to start as soon as possible.
