05:54 AM EDT, 09/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Smith & Nephew (SN.L) said Wednesday that it received tenders of $431.8 million under its tender offer for 2.032% senior notes due 2030. The medical technology company agreed to repurchase $250 million of the notes. It will pay $878.90 per $1,000 principal amount of the notes. The aggregate principal amount outstanding of the notes is $900 million.
