11:20 AM EDT, 09/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Arenit Industrie (ARENIT-SDB.ST) agreed to purchase Germany-based Power Generation Seals GmbH, or PGS, a manufacturer of customized seals for gas and steam turbines. PGS will be integrated into the industrial investor's precision manufacturing segment starting in the fourth quarter, according to a Wednesday release. PGS registered revenue of 1.8 million euros in 2025, with nine employees.
