11:54 PM EDT, 09/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Publicis Groupe (PUB.PA) priced its offering of 500 million-euro notes due September 2030 under its euro medium-term note program. The notes carry a fixed coupon of 4.125% per annum and are being issued by the French public relations group's unit MMS USA Holdings, according to a Wednesday release. Publicis Groupe will use the net proceeds to finance its purchase of US-based data collaboration network company LiveRamp.
