12:07 AM EDT, 09/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Torm (TRMD-A.CO) shareholder OCM Njord Holdings sold 9 million class A common shares of the shipping company through a secondary public offering. The transaction reduced OCM Njord's stake in Torm to 11.06%, according to a Wednesday release. Torm added that it did not receive any proceeds from the offering.
