12:17 AM EDT, 09/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- French IT company 74Software (74SW.PA) said Wednesday it will reorganize its group structure following the acquisition of Sopra Banking Software, or SBS, and its rebrand from Axway Software in 2024. Under the reorganization, 74Software SA will remain the listed parent company. Axway Software's French operations, currently operating under 74Software SA, will be handled by dormant subsidiary Axway SAS. Axway SAS will issue new shares to 74Software SA, with no cash consideration involved. The changes are expected by the end of October, pending confirmation by the AMF that no buyout offer is required, with accounting and tax effects retroactive to Jan. 1.
