12:29 AM EDT, 09/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Swedish Orphan Biovitrum (SOBI.ST), or Sobi, said Wednesday that its collaboration with Innate Pharma (IPH.PA) on the drug lacutamab has taken effect after the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. The partnership covers the Tellomak-3 phase 3 study for lacutamab in cutaneous T-cell lymphoma, or CTCL, with the results expected to support regulatory applications for the drug's use in CTCL subtypes Sézary syndrome and mycosis fungoides. The Swedish biopharmaceutical company will gain exclusive global commercialization and development rights to the drug, subject to accelerated approvals and positive late-stage data, respectively. The deal becoming effective will trigger an initial payment of $75 million to Innate Pharma. The Paris-listed oncology-focused biotech may also receive another $40 million related to near-term development milestones in Sézary syndrome and up to $465 million if Sobi exercises the option for full development rights to the drug, as well as regulatory and commercial milestones. Patient enrollment for Tellomak-3 is expected in the first quarter of 2027.
