12:31 AM EDT, 09/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- TXT e-solutions (TXT.MI) agreed to acquire IT infrastructure and data center management group FMA Investment Holding, according to a Wednesday release. Under a binding agreement, the Italian IT company will initially purchase an 88% stake in FMA at an enterprise value of 6.5 million euros, with the remaining 12% subject to a call option exercisable upon approval of TXT's 2028 results. The transaction is expected to close by the end of 2026, with 75% of the consideration to be paid in cash and the remainder in TXT shares.
