12:45 AM EDT, 09/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Squirrel Media (SQRL.MC) said Wednesday that it issued 10 million euros of sustainability-linked senior unsubordinated and unsecured bonds due March 23, 2028. The media technology group drew the bonds from its sustainability-linked bond program, with the transaction carried out under its Spanish alternative fixed-income market program, which has a nominal amount of up to 22.5 million euros. Settlement of the issuance is scheduled for Sept. 23, with proceeds earmarked for general corporate expenditures in line with its sustainability framework.
