Sweden's Integrum Raises SEK23 Million Via Directed Share Issue

01:16 AM EDT, 09/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Integrum (INTEG-B.ST) said Wednesday it raised 22.9 million kronor through a directed issue of 2,666,791 B shares at a subscription price of 8.6 kronor each. The Swedish medical equipment manufacturer plans to use the proceeds to continue commercializing its OPRA Implant System mainly in the US, pursue business opportunities in Ukraine, and fund selected initiatives. DNB Carnegie Investment Bank and Setterwalls Advokatbyrå are acting as financial and legal advisers for the share issue.
