01:24 AM EDT, 09/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Beyond Frames Entertainment (BEYOND.ST) said Wednesday that it is aiming to raise up to 22.4 million kronor from the issuance of 11,341,466 new shares. The issuance will be carried out in three tranches, with the first tranche of 3.1 million kronor already completed. The second and third tranches of 10.2 million kronor and 9.1 million kronor, respectively, are subject to shareholders' approval at an extraordinary general meeting scheduled for Thursday. The video game company expects net proceeds of 22.2 million kronor from the issuance. The amount is earmarked for opportunities in line with its Beyond Frames strategy, particularly investments in extended reality and adjacent areas that will boost the company's market position worldwide.
