01:49 AM EDT, 09/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Wereldhave (WHA.AS) sold its non-core De Mael retail park in Bruges, Belgium, to a consortium of private investors for gross proceeds of 49.2 million euros. The transaction was executed through the Dutch real estate investment company's 70%-owned unit Wereldhave Belgium (WEHB.BR) and is part of its strategy to bolster its balance sheet and reduce leverage, according to a Thursday release. Wereldhave will transfer the property in the second quarter of 2027.
