02:09 AM EDT, 09/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Vend Marketplaces (VEND.OL) said Thursday it holds contractual rights linked to the outcome of Prisjakt Sverige's 21.4 billion-krona planned damages claim against Alphabet's (ABEA.F) Google. The Nordic marketplaces operator sold Prisjakt Sverige to Prisjakt, which is controlled by eEquity, in May. Prisjakt noted that the amount ultimately retained by Prisjakt Sverige would depend on the outcome of the proceedings or any settlement, after agreed distributions and external litigation funding costs.
