Swiss Trade Surplus Narrows MoM in August

02:14 AM EDT, 09/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Switzerland's trade surplus narrowed to 5.61 billion francs in August from the revised 8.09 billion francs in July, according to data from the Federal Office for Customs and Border Security published Thursday. Exports dropped 17.2% month over month, while imports fell 11.6%.
