02:36 AM EDT, 09/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- ING Groep (INGA.AS) plans to fully redeem its $1.5 billion of 5.75% perpetual additional tier 1 contingent convertible capital securities. The lender will redeem the securities on the call date of Nov. 16, according to a Thursday release. The redemption price will be the principal amount of the securities, while accrued and unpaid interest due on the redemption date will be paid to holders of record as of Nov. 13.
