02:51 AM EDT, 09/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Crism Therapeutics (CRTX.L) said Thursday that it appointed Charles Spicer as nonexecutive chair, with effect from Oct. 1. Spicer also serves as nonexecutive chair at venture capital company EMV Capital (EMVC.L). Interim Executive Chair Andrew Webb will return to the role of chief executive officer once the appointment takes effect, the UK clinical-stage drug delivery company noted.
