(SASE:6018) signed a 20-year lease deal worth 55.7 million Saudi riyals with Khalid bin Ibrahim Al-Habdan for a land plot in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The fitness center network operator noted that the 4,125-square-meter plot will be used to establish a Body Masters-branded sports club, according to a Thursday release. The lease will start on Feb. 1, 2028, and end on Jan. 31, 2048.
