03:32 AM EDT, 09/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Infracore (INFRAC.SW) said Thursday it enhanced its binding offer to acquire the real estate assets of the Wetzikon Hospital in Switzerland through a sale-and-leaseback deal, while extending the offer's validity to Oct. 31. The Swiss healthcare infrastructure company added two financing backstops. If bank-backed receivables financing cannot be established by the end of the third quarter of 2027, Infracore will finance up to 80% of hospital operator GZO's eligible receivables. It is also prepared to provide an additional short-term liquidity buffer of up to 10 million francs if needed. Infracore reiterated that it will fully finance the phased completion of GZO's expansion building once the hospital's core business has stabilized, with no financing requirements for GZO. Other terms from the original offer on July 29 remain unchanged, including the 55 million francs in cash, payable upon confirmation of the composition deal and without any financing condition, and GZO's continuation as hospital operator.
