(SASE:6010), d/b/a Nadec, finalized the acquisition of the interest it did not already own in its Al Raie National Livestock joint venture. The Saudi Arabia-listed food and agricultural industry-focused company completed the conditions and requirements set out in the Agricultural Development Fund's approval for the share purchase deal, according to a Thursday release. Nadec in May agreed to buy Al Muhaidib Group's Anaam Saudi for Trading's 49% stake in the joint venture for 23.7 million Saudi riyals, subject to regulatory approvals.
