Shares of Generac Holdings Inc (NYSE:GNRC) rose sharply in pre-market trading after the company announced a supply agreement with Amazon.com Inc. (NASDAQ:AMZN) for data center backup generators.

Generac and Amazon entered into a long-term supply agreement for up to $8 billion of backup power generators for Amazon data centers. Initial generator deliveries are expected to total $2.4 billion in 2027 and 2028.

Generac shares jumped 34.8% to $235.90 in pre-market trading.

  • Delixy Holdings Ltd (NASDAQ:DLXY) fell 31.1% to $1.58 in pre-market trading. Delixy Holdings shares skyrocketed 452% on Wednesday after the company disclosed a non-binding letter of intent for a potential transaction involving an oil and gas project in Kazakhstan.
