06:42 AM EDT, 09/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- The European Commission cleared Health & Medical Service AG's joint takeover by insurer Helsana Beteiligungen and public transport services company Schweizerische Bundesbahnen SBB. The regulator said Thursday that the deal, which concerned health services, would not raise competition concerns due to its minimal impact on the European Economic Area.
