07:52 AM EDT, 09/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- CVC Capital Partners (CVC.AS) unit CVC DIF and investment firm Carlyle agreed to jointly purchase Dutch remote video surveillance technology company BauWatch. The two parties will acquire the target company from German family equity company Haniel, which will retain a 10% interest in BauWatch, the private equity and investment advisory firm said Thursday. Closing of the deal is expected in the first quarter of 2027, subject to regulatory clearances.
