08:40 AM EDT, 09/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- NCC (NCC-A.ST, NCC-B.ST) said Thursday it secured a 1.2 billion-krona turnkey contract from pension provider Velliv to renovate and upgrade an office complex in Lyngby, north of Copenhagen in Denmark. The agreement includes refurbishing four buildings constructed in the 1970s and developing vertical extensions to add 14,000 square meters of new space, bringing the project's overall building area to 33,000 square meters upon completion.
