09:58 AM EDT, 09/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- AB Volvo (VOLV-A.ST, VOLV-B.ST) unit Volvo Buses and bus body manufacturer Marcopolo on Thursday unveiled a new premium coach model for European long-distance and tourism operators. The Volvo B13R - Marcopolo Paradiso G8 combines the Swedish bus manufacturer's B13R chassis with Marcopolo's Paradiso G8 body, according to a Thursday release. Initial orders from France, Italy, and Portugal are scheduled for delivery in early 2027. Volvo Buses will be responsible for marketing, distribution, technical and after-sales support in the Italian and French markets, while the partners will jointly handle commercial operations in Spain and Portugal.
