10:49 AM EDT, 09/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Asas Makeen Real Estate Development and Investment (SASE:9640) entered into a turnkey contract valued at 315 million Saudi riyals with Ittihad Althabat Co. for Contracting, according to a Thursday filing. The agreement covers Ittihad's delivery of contracting, construction, and finishing works for some of the real estate developer's residential and commercial projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with each project comprising an execution period of 18 months.
