U.S. stocks were higher, with the Nasdaq Composite gaining around 400 points on Thursday.

Shares of Vicor Corp (NASDAQ:VICR) rose sharply after the company announced it granted a non-exclusive license to a new OEM licensee with the right to procure Vertical Power Delivery modules by its patents from unlicensed suppliers.

Vicor shares jumped 13.5% to $208.73 on Thursday.

• Securitize Corp (NYSE:SECZ) shares jumped 21% to $9.40.
• Generac Holdings Inc (NYSE:GNRC) shares gained 19.6% to $209.50 after the company announced a long-term supply agreement with Amazon for data center backup generators. Canaccord Genuity raised its price target on the stock from $275 to $375.
• Absci Corp (NASDAQ:ABSI) gained 18.8% to $9.56.
• Schrodinger Inc (NASDAQ:SDGR) jumped 17% to $28.00. Schrödinger reported inducement grants under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5635(c)(4).
• Tempus AI Inc (NASDAQ:TEM) gained 14.7% to $80.31.
• Power Solutions International Inc (NASDAQ:PSIX) rose 14.1% to $45.76.
• Rackspace Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ:RXT) gained 14% to $3.97.
• Parabilis Medicines Inc (NASDAQ:PBLS) rose 13% to $41.68.
• Twist Bioscience Corp (NASDAQ:TWST) gained 12.2% to $160.61. Twist Bioscience recently announced an agreement with Lilly TuneLab to advance antibody drug discovery.
• Vera Therapeutics, Inc (NASDAQ:VERA) rose 11.8% to $35.54.
• Intel Corp (NASDAQ:INTC) gained 9.2% to $110.37.
• Super Micro Computer Inc (NASDAQ:SMCI) rose 9.2% to $40.27.
• Moderna Inc (NASDAQ:MRNA) rose 8.8% to $158.48.
• Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co (NYSE:HPE) rose 8.4% to $61.30.
• United Microelectronics Corp (NYSE:UMC) gained 7.7% to $24.28.
• Arm Holdings PLC – ADR (NASDAQ:ARM) rose 6.7% to $260.22 as investors digest bullish comments from CEO Rene Haas on artificial intelligence demand and the company’s growth outlook.
• Oracle Corp (NYSE:ORCL) gained 5.9% to $151.64.
• Micron Technology Inc (NASDAQ:MU) rose 5.6% to $978.42 as memory stocks rallied, two days after Intel Corp. (NASDAQ:INTC) CEO Lip-Bu Tan warned that the memory shortage could worsen next year.
