According to the Sept. 17 Securities and Exchange Commission filing, Huffman sold 17,308 Class A shares through The XYZ Revocable Trust.

The filing showed that Huffman exercised options to acquire 17,308 Class A shares at $25.29 per share and sold the same number of shares in multiple transactions at weighted-average prices ranging from $158.21 to $163.64.

The transactions were carried out pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted on May 20, 2026.

Reddit has a market capitalization of approximately $29.40 billion. Its stock has traded between a 52-week high of $282.95 and a 52-week low of $119.27.

Over the past 12 months, Reddit shares have fallen 43.54%.

Currently, RDDT is trading well below its 52-week high.
