02:52 AM EDT, 09/18/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Webuild (WBD.MI) said Friday that it will open on Sept. 28 the acceptance period for its takeover proposal for underground engineering company Trevi - Finanziaria Industriale (TFIN.MI). The acceptance period for the cash offer of 4.50 euros per share will remain open until Nov. 20, unless extended. Settlement is expected by Nov. 27. The Milan-listed infrastructure construction company said the document for the proposal was published on Friday following approval from the Italian securities market regulator Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa.
