03:11 AM EDT, 09/18/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Norma Group (NOEJ.F) finalized its second public share buyback offer of 208 million euros, according to a Friday release. The German machine-joining components manufacturer agreed to repurchase 9,306,113 shares, representing 29.21% of its current share capital, for 22.35 euros apiece. The offer's acceptance period closed on Tuesday. Norma Group will cancel the repurchased shares to reduce its share capital.
