03:41 AM EDT, 09/18/2026 (MT Newswires) -- NEPI Rockcastle (NRP.AS, NRP.JO) said Friday it is exiting the Baltic region through the sale of the Ozas Shopping and Entertainment Centre in Vilnius, Lithuania, for 200 million euros. The listed real estate company sold the property to the UTIISIB UAB "Prosperus Retail Property Fund," generating net proceeds of 179 million euros. Completion is expected in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals. Proceeds are earmarked for redeployment in Central and Eastern Europe and expansion in Spain.
