The offering entails 40 million shares priced at 0.045 pound apiece, the mineral resource developer said Friday. A separate retail offer of up to 450,000 pounds is also expected to be launched. The net proceeds will support infrastructure works for the Azteca magnetic and spiral separation plant at the Amapá iron ore project in Brazil, optimization and additional-feed studies, and working capital.
