05:09 AM EDT, 09/18/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Mineral exploration company Galileo Resources (GLR.L) said Friday that all conditions have been met for the sale of two Kalahari copper belt licenses to a unit of Sandfire Resources for $3 million. The transaction, agreed in June with Sandfire subsidiary Metal Capital Exploration, is expected to close on Sept. 30.
