05:21 AM EDT, 09/18/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Valuno Group (QBT.F) said Friday that it issued 16,750,000 new shares to Helena Global Investment Opportunities 1 for the conversion of 1.2 million kronor of convertible bonds. The cross-border payments infrastructure developer retained 5.9 million kronor of outstanding convertible bonds in Helena Global following the first-tranche conversion, which covered 2,470 convertible bonds.
