06:28 AM EDT, 09/18/2026 (MT Newswires) -- The European Commission on Friday approved the planned acquisition of Frankfurt-listed IT, consulting and service provider All for One Group (A1OS.F) by French concessions and construction company Vinci (DG.PA). The regulator concluded that the deal, which mainly relates to IT services, would not raise competition concerns as the parties would continue to hold limited market positions following the transaction.
