06:48 AM EDT, 09/18/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Redcentric (RCN.L) closed the sale of its data center subsidiary, Redcentric Data Centers, to Stellanor Datacenters Group for 124.9 million pounds. The London-listed IT managed services company said Friday it received the final balancing payment of 9.5 million pounds from the buyer.
