This trial is an open, multicenter, phase II clinical study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of tengotinib plus NHT in patients with mCRPC progressing after treatment. The main target population of this trial was patients whose disease progressed after receiving novel endocrine treatments (including abiraterone and AR inhibitors) in the past. Tengotinib monotherapy has shown encouraging anti-tumor efficacy in patients with mCRPC who have previously received multiple lines of treatment. Furthermore, tengotinib as a monotherapy for mCRPC obtained fast-track certification from the US FDA in June 2025.
