07:04 AM EDT, 09/18/2026 (MT Newswires) -- The European Commission approved the merger of Publigas and Publi-T, the respective controlling entities behind gas transmission system operator Fluxys Belgium (FLUX.BR) and electric grid operator Elia Group (ELI.BR). The European Union regulator said Friday that the transaction is not expected to raise competition concerns as the parties do not operate in the same or related markets.
