07:22 AM EDT, 09/18/2026 (MT Newswires) -- The European Medicines Agency's Committee for Medicinal Products for Human Use on Friday recommended the approval of Corcept Therapeutics Netherlands' reversible glucocorticoid receptor antagonist Lifyorli. Lifyorli, offered as 25-milligram and 100-mg soft capsules, is intended to treat adults with platinum-resistant high-grade epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer. The committee issued a positive opinion on the combination of Lifyorli with nab-paclitaxel for patients who have received one to three prior systemic treatment regimens.
