09:03 AM EDT, 09/18/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Intrum (INTRUM.ST) and Brocc Finance agreed to jointly acquire a 4 billion-krona non-performing consumer finance loan portfolio from Swedbank's (SWED-A.ST) Entercard. The portfolio comprises 17,500 loans across Nordic markets, according to a Friday release. Intrum will become the servicer for the portfolio after completion of the transaction, which is expected in the fourth quarter, subject to regulatory approval. The acquisition supports the credit management services company's strategy to expand its capital-light investments through long-term institutional partnerships.
