09:10 AM EDT, 09/18/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Aldar Properties (ADX:ALDAR) launched Yas Riva Reserve, a new residential villa community in the United Arab Emirates. The real estate developer said Friday that the community, positioned to the northeast of Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, will comprise 292 units, each with a starting price of 8.5 million Emirati dirhams.
