11:23 AM EDT, 09/18/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Sentia (SNTIA.OL) subsidiary Hent entered into a 156 million-Norwegian-krone agreement with Calmar Gruppen's Klubbgt 3 for a hotel rehabilitation project in Stavanger, Norway. The contract covers the rehabilitation and conversion of the Klubbgata 3 building into a hotel that will be operated by Breeze Hotels, according to a Friday release. Construction is scheduled to start in September 2026, with completion slated for September 2027. The latest agreement follows the conclusion of the Nordic builder and Klubbgt 3's project development phase.
