Newmark announces approximately 180,000 square feet of new leasing activity at 10000 Energy Drive in Spring, Texas over the past 16 months. The leasing momentum, which includes six headquarters commitments, brings the Class AAA, 10-story office property to nearly 90% occupancy. 

Newmark’s David Baker, Elliott Hirshfeld and Kristen Baker serve as exclusive leasing agents at the property. Spear Street Capital lists the property on its website.

The new leases were executed in the South Tower, welcoming tenants DSV, Iron Oak Energy Solutions, Enerflex and TETRA Technologies (announced in December), and two additional undisclosed headquarters tenants.

10000 Energy Drive is a 563,716-square-foot office property designed to support modern workplace demands and large-scale corporate operations. Built in 2014, the trophy asset features more than 40,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor conference space, a fitness center, and a food hall. The property’s North Tower is fully occupied by Expand Energy.
