02:35 AM EDT, 09/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Al Khazna Insurance's (ADX:AKIC) general assembly on Sept. 18 approved a proposed strategic partnership with Abu Dhabi National Co. for Building Materials (ADX:BILDCO), d/b/a Bildco. The general assembly also agreed to an increase in the insurance company's share capital by up to 3 billion Emirati dirhams, pending completion of the valuation process and approval of competent authorities.
