06:25 AM EDT, 09/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Aker ASA's (AKER.OL) portfolio company, Nscale, submitted its Form S-1 registration statement to the US Securities and Exchange Commission. The Norway-based industrial investment company said that the submission is related to its initial public offering, according to a Sept. 18 release.
