07:59 AM EDT, 09/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Magnora Data Center (MDATA.OL) concluded its acquisition of a 50% stake in the Risti Kampus joint venture, according to a Sept. 18 release. The agreement with renewable energy project developer Sunly, which was disclosed earlier in September, involves a 400-megawatt data center project in Risti, Estonia.
